The Board of Monash Health seeks to appoint a Chief Executive with proven experience in a large, complex health service. Visionary with highly effective people leadership skills, the Chief Executive will work closely with the Board and staff to build on a culture of excellence, patient safety and high quality clinical outcomes. Candidates will be able to demonstrate outstanding stakeholder management skills and an ability to work with a range of partners. Critical to the role will be strong financial management and a track record of operational improvement through digital innovation. A well-developed understanding of the role of an academic medical centre and what is required to ensure excellent research and teaching outcomes alongside high quality patient care will set candidates apart.
