Job Description
The job involves chractrization of different landraces of wheat for drought and thermal tolerance. The study involves field experimentation in comparison to local cultivars. Filed sampling of plant and soil samples and lab analysis for stress factors. Drought combative phenotypic parameters,biochemical, physiological and nutritive qualitiws will be assesed. The results have to be statistically analyzed and interpreted.
Minimum Qualification
MSc. Horticulture/Plant Science /Related field
Preferred Qualification
MSc. Horticulture or related Sciences
Expected Skills/Rank/Experience
Skills in biochemical assays, phneology observations, lab skills in various analytical procedures
