Post Specification

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for managing WeChat Public Account and drafting activity promotional email &Wechat pushes;
  2. Responsible for organizing student helpers and art-related student organizations;
  3. Assist in planning, organizing and coordinating college activities;
  4. Responsible for managing activity supplies/data and other administrative work;
  5. Undertaking any other duties assigned by the supervisor, working during non-office hours will be needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. A bachelor’s degree, a higher degree and overseas higher education background is preferable;
  2. Good command of writing and communication skills both in Chinese and English;
  3. Relevant experiences in student organizations, event planning will be advantageous
  4. Passion in working with students; high sense of responsibility and team spirit;
  5. Ability to work independently, initiatively and resourcefully to take full responsibility for completion of tasks;
  6. Relevant work experiences preferably with tertiary institutions, educational industries or PR companies;

Salary and Benefits

Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
