Applications are invited for a temporary post of a Post Doctoral Research Fellow within UCD School of Nursing, Midwifery and Health Systems
Applications are invited for a 2-year temporary post-doctoral research fellow to work on an exciting interdisciplinary and cross institutional project, funded by the Health Research Board and in collaboration with the HSE's National Clinical Programme for Older People (NCPOP). This project builds upon a previous collaborative partnership which resulted in a co-designed framework supporting the development of core competencies for interprofessional collaboration within teams integrating care for older people. The current phase of this study will undertake a realist process evaluation of the framework as it is being implemented within community-based interdisciplinary teams working to integrate health and social care as part of the national scale up of the HSE's service model for older people.
