Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the Department of Surgery, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 520634), to commence as soon as possible for three years, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree in bioinformatics, computer science, biostatistics, or related discipline, with hands-on experience for systematic and network meta-analyses and big data analysis.
The appointee will work on projects relating to the evaluation of the effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of thyroid surgery for various thyroid diseases in Hong Kong. Additional responsibilities include coordinating and communicating analysis with collaborators, writing reports and scientific publications, and supervision of postgraduate students.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
