About Us

We are looking to recruit an International Business Management Administrator to provide PA, executive, business and administrative support to the IBM Programme and staff.

About the Job

The post offers an exciting opportunity to work in a busy and varied academic environment supporting the student experience providing administrative support to the Course Leader and Associates. The candidate will be expected to provide high quality customer service via e-mail, phone and face to face ensuring that any required action is taken in a timely manner and to the highest standards and programme administration for all aspects of the MSc programmes including PSRB accreditations.

About You

Successful candidates should be educated to A-Level or equivalent qualification, have a keen appreciation of providing a high level of customer service, along with strong IT skills, a good standard of written and oral communication skills and the ability to prioritise work effectively. In addition, experience working at a relevant level in an administrative/business management capacity would be essential.
