About the Job

This position will provide administrative support to the Director of MBA Programmes and the MBA team. This includes assisting with the development of MBA Programmes, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring timely communication with students. The focus is on enhancing student engagement and supporting the academic leadership responsibilities of the Director and Associate Directors. You will also efficiently manage administrative tasks, utilizing MBA resources effectively, and ensuring smooth operation of all activities.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Director of the MBA programmes and Associate Directors
  • Programme administration for all aspects of the MBA programmes including PSRB accreditations
  • Providing high quality customer service via e-mail, phone and face to face ensuring that any required action is taken in a timely manner and to the highest standards

About You

The post offers an exciting opportunity to work in a busy and varied academic environment supporting the student experience. Successful candidates should be educated to A-Level or equivalent, have a keen appreciation of providing a high level of customer service, along with strong IT skills, a good standard of written and oral communication skills and the ability to prioritise work effectively. In addition, experience working at a relevant level in an administrative/business management capacity would be essential.
