Job Description

The College of Science (COS) at the United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) invites highly qualified individuals to apply for an instructor position. The candidate will contribute to the laboratory teaching of petroleum geosciences, environmental geosciences, hydrogeology and physical geology at the undergraduate level. The holder of the position will be expected to contribute to administrative and community services, participate in the department research projects and actively involve in fieldworks and visits as part of course and department activities.

Minimum Qualification

Qualifications include M.Sc.in geosciences. Practical or industrial experience related to any of the geoscience specializations above is a plus.

Preferred Qualification

Candidates are expected to have a strong commitment to laboratory teaching excellence and student advising at the undergraduate levels.
