About the Role
We are currently seeking an Executive Officer to provide high-level support to the Vice-Chancellor and President.
Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled professional with experience in an executive setting to undertake and manage a broad range of activities within the Office of the Vice-Chancellor and President.
You will provide support to the Vice-Chancellor and President in preparation for Board and Committee meetings, provide secretariat support to the University’s Executive Committee, prepare key documents, including executive and discussion papers, prepare and review key correspondence, and facilitate communication between the Office of the Vice-Chancellor and President and the internal and external communities of Western Sydney University.
Working collaboratively with members of the Office of the Vice-Chancellor and President, you will ensure the provision of highly efficient and effective executive services.
To be successful in this role you will have advanced interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with substantial experience within an executive context. You will have the ability to demonstrate initiative in your work, have high level problem-solving and decision-making skills, strong attention to detail, strong time management, as well as the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across all stakeholder groups.

Remuneration Package: Higher Education Worker Level 8 - $126,502 to $140,431 p.a. (comprising base salary of $106,896 to $118,666 p.a., plus 17% Superannuation and Leave Loading)
