The University are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to work as part of a busy payroll team. The post holder will be involved in the full end to end inhouse high volume payroll processing from start to finish using the HCM Oracle system. As well as provide support, guidance and technical advice to payroll officers and other stakeholders to ensure a timely and responsive payroll service.  

You will need to be fully knowledgeable in all aspects of UK payroll, with excellent communication and excel skills, able to work on your own initiative, accurately and under pressure to achieve the required deadlines.

Experience of the Oracle system would be a distinct advantage and Teachers’ Pensions and Local Government Pension Scheme Knowledge is essential.
