The Centre for Environmental Governance (CEG) at the University of Canberra seeks to appoint a Post-Doctoral Fellow to work in the area of environmental governance research. The position requires the capacity to work within CEG’s core research themes of natural resource manage and water governance and/or climate change, disaster recovery and resilience and wellbeing; and to produce publications of the very highest quality.

The successful candidates must have a PhD in a relevant discipline (or close to finishing before the time of commencement of the position). This is a research-intensive position, though a portion of the time will be devoted to teaching.  The appointee will be expected to contribute to the intellectual life of the Centre through cooperating on research projects and co-authoring publications, helping to organise research projects, seminars, and conferences, and to help supervise PhD students.
