Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support for the School's undergraduate student affairs.
  2. Assist in liaising with teachers and students.
  3. Collaborate with other sectors of the University to handle specific cases.
  4. Support the development of student societies.
  5. Undertake other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. Ideally, hold a Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, counseling, or sociology.
  2. Possess a good sense of collaboration within a dynamic and diverse environment.
  3. Have excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  4. Have at least one year of working experience, preferably in the higher education sector.
  5. Be detail-oriented, patient, and emotionally stable.
  6. Have strong prioritization and multitasking skills to work independently within deadlines.
  7. Be willing to take on additional responsibilities.

Salary and Benefits

Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
