- capability in identifying and mitigating operational and reputational risks related to modern slavery, environmental sustainability risks, Indigenous and social procurement opportunities in the supply chain, in a diverse and complex stakeholder context
- highly developed negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to operate with a high degree of tact and professionalism across all levels of diverse internal and external environments
- capability in providing expert, evidence-based advice to senior executive and colleagues, on complex issues, to support informed decision making, policy development and pragmatic policy and operational solutions
- elevated ability to build and manage trusted client relationships and proactive consultation with partnering teams, stakeholders, and clients in order to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
