About the Role 

An exciting opportunity has become available in the Customer Service team at Swinburne University for a StudentHQ Administrator!

This role is responsible for handling day-to-day general student and stakeholder enquiries, either face-to-face, or via phone, live chat, and email. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate a dedication to providing outstanding customer service to students, demonstrate an ability to multitask in a dynamic environment, learn new systems and maintain attention to detail in order to be successful in the role. 

Acting in a key operational position within the StudentHQ team, the StudentHQ Administrator will provide support and guidance to the administrators of the department, working closely with their Team Leader, ensuring a student centric approach to providing customer service. 

About You

To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities: 

  • Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • General knowledge and experience of tertiary sector operating procedures
  • Ability to coach and mentor other team members
  • Demonstrated high level interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of internal and external people, and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Completion of an associated diploma level qualification with relevant work-related experience or a certificate level qualification with post- certificate relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
