VACANCY
Bayan College invites applications for the position of Dean from qualified professionals with a strong commitment to academics and research. The College offers diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Journalism, Broadcasting, Public Relations, Advertising, Visual Communication, and English studies. Applicants must possess strong leadership skills, expertise in administration, excellent problem resolution, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Applicants must have a Ph.D. Degree (in one of the fields mentioned above) from an accredited University, preferably from the U.K., U.S.A, Australia, or New Zealand, and a minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in the capacity of a Dean. Knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage.
