About the role

The Senior Analyst/Web Producer - Web and Marketing Projects is an integral member of the University's Web Team. The Senior Analyst/Web Producer - Web and Marketing Projects contributes to the continued success of University of New England by providing specialist project management and technical assistance to the Web Manager for the implementation of a range of advanced web and marketing applications at UNE, including:

  • Squiz Matrix CMS
  • ServiceNow
  • Oracle Eloqua
  • Ion Interactive
  • FunnelBack
  • Google Analytics

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A degree with substantial relevant experience; or extensive relevant experience and project management expertise; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • Substantial skills and experience in systems analysis and design, systems development; implementation and integration, software quality assurance and testing; with demonstrated high level programming skills.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, including an understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile development processes; and the ability to gather, understand and interpret business requirements, translating these into fully documented and continuously improved system functionality.
  • Experience working with web and marketing technologies such as Content Management Systems and Marketing Automation platforms with a sound understanding of their application for continuous delivery.
  • Demonstrated success working effectively and collaboratively on initiatives with a range of people at different levels within an organisation to deliver agreed outcomes.
  • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Well-developed organisational skills with the capacity to manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated a corporate perspective, flexible approach to work and the ability to respond positively and quickly when situations change. A successful candidate shall have the ability to stay calm under pressure, raise and work through challenging issues and seek alternatives.

The Division of Brand, Partnerships and Business Development is responsible for developing Brand UNE and driving income growth strategy through student recruitment (domestic and international), business partnerships and corporate fund raising and philanthropy.
