Curriculum Administration
To work with Assistant Director, Office of Academic Services (OAS), to primarily manage a team responsible for the smooth administration and provision of curriculum administrative support including processes relating to curriculum set up; course registration; materials procurement and distribution; course fee set-up and operational issues. The incumbent is expected to play a secondary role to support OAS financial/statistical reporting and audits and to review processes and workflows for improvements.
Job Description
- Work with team to execute various operational processes for curriculum setup, course registration, course fee set up, materials procurement and distribution according to action plan and resolve operational issues
- Work with stakeholders to translate new/revised business policies into implementation plans
- Manage department administration; staff performance and development
- Work with team to actively review and contribute to the improvement of system and processes within/without department
- Work on financial/statistics reporting as assigned
- Work on audit preparation as assigned
- Review to plan and innovate for progressive efficiency via enhancements to system and/or increase adoption of new IT technologies like RPA
Job Requirements
- Degree with at least 5 years' working experience, of which 3 years at managerial level leading a team
- Experience in managing operations and statistical reporting would be an advantage
- Able to lead in processes and workflows reviews and to recommend changes, system enhancements and/or adoption of new IT technologies
- Computational thinker with strong analytical and reasoning skills
- Influencer with good interpersonal and communications skills to work well with people collaboratively
- Resourceful, innovative and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, able to work independently and take initiative
- Proficient with Microsoft Office skills
