Research Scientist in the Division of Engineering (Electrical Engineering - Applied Interactive Multimedia

The Applied Interactive Multimedia laboratory in the Division of Engineering, New York University Abu Dhabi, seeks to recruit a motivated Research Scientist to work on developing neuromotor haptic interaction using electroencephalography (EEG) and haptic technologies.

The successful applicant will have the following technical experience in:

• A PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Expertise in EEG research, including EEG data collection, processing, and analysis.
• Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment, as well as independence and initiative
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of machine learning.
