Tutors are a critical part of teaching teams in the Faculty of Business and Economics. Under the guidance of a Subject Coordinator, Tutors will deliver weekly classes and contribute significantly to students' academic success and satisfaction with university life.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and delivering high quality, student-centred small group learning experiences
  • Providing student consultations
  • Marking assignments and exams

About you:

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a passion for teaching in accounting, economics, finance, management and/or marketing disciplines. You are able to navigate subject websites and teaching technology with ease and work collegially with others.

You will also have:

  • An Honours or postgraduate level qualification in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent relevant academic or professional or practice-based experience and expertise
  • A current Victorian Working With Children Check (WWCC) by the commencement of the teaching period
