In a period of exciting new curriculum development for Surrey Business School, we are seeking an exceptional Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Employability to support the professional development and employability of our students across all levels and programmes. This is a Teaching Track role.

We are looking for an individual with experience of working with young adults to develop their full personal and professional potential. You should be enthusiastic about enabling students to apply classroom learning into practice, realising their potential and identifying the career directions they might take. As someone who enjoys interacting with students, you will provide guidance and support students in a manner that empowers them to make decisions on their own behalf.

Committed to helping students grow through gaining real experience, you will be expected to manage and generate new relationships and maintain existing links with employers to encourage uptake of placements and other work experience opportunities.

With an honours degree, or an appropriate equivalent professional qualification, you will be able to combine academic rigour with professional realism, bringing with you relevant commercial experience.
