We are seeking an experienced academic to lead the School strategy for Simulation Based Education. You will be a registered Nurse, Midwife or an Allied Health Professional aligned to the pre-registration programmes delivered by the School with experience and expertise in clinical skills delivery and Simulation Based Education. You will work with the Programme Leads to develop a strategy for the implementation and delivery of clinical skills and Simulation Based Education across our professional programmes. You will develop staff in the use of Simulated Practice Education and lead the development and implementation of associated research activity.

You will be joining us at an exciting time as the School is currently investing in the clinical skills and simulation infrastructure. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creative and innovation in shaping the future of clinical skills and Simulation Based Education in School. You will be part of a vibrant academic community, with a long-established portfolio of professional education and applied clinical research. You will belong to your professional group where you will continue to develop your academic portfolio and expertise in teaching and learning.
