The School of Management is a top 50 UK Business school for Research Excellence and is one of four Schools within the newly-formed Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. As part of the institution’s strategic mission, The School offers a full suite of postgraduate business management programmes including the MSC HRM, MBA, DBA and a full suite of MSc programmes and is active in the recruitment and supervision of postgraduate research student. The School of Management is home to over 100 academics and approximately 3000 students, with several research centres and programmes encompassing the full range of business management subject areas at post-graduate and undergraduate level. We are looking to recruit permanent full time faculty members to join our People and Organisation Group. We are looking for dedicated People Management, Employment & Organisation scholars who are committed to rigorous and relevant research and teaching and who will make a positive and significant contribution to the intellectual life of the group.
