Applications are invited for a Temporary 5 year post of a Recruitment Officer (Systems & Operations) within UCD Global.
UCD Global steers and guides the global strategies of the university, providing expert leadership in partnerships and engagement, international student recruitment and support, inbound and outbound staff and student mobility, and the international elements of the student experience.
Leveraging relationships with external stakeholders, UCD Global works at the interface of the university and the international community. It supports university leaders to shape policy, works with Colleges/Schools and other support units to ensure delivery, and liaises with students and staff to measure success and impact.
Headquartered in Dublin, UCD Global also directs and manages the university's network of Global Centres, which serve as hubs of UCD activity in North America, China, South Asia, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.
Applications are invited for the position of Recruitment Officer (Systems & Operations). Reporting to the International Student Conversion Manager (or nominee), the post holder will support the university's recruitment of international students through the effective management of recruitment operations and functional systems. Key to this position will be the capacity to analyse recruitment activity and drive performance improvement using UCD's key systems, including the CRM and InfoHub, working collaboratively with colleagues in Dublin and in the UCD Global Centres.

Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines
