Asia-Pacific Institute of Ageing Studies (APIAS) of Lingnan University is inviting applications for the position of Postdoctoral Fellow / Research Assistant Professor to teach health and social services courses and manage research and community projects.

General Requirements

Applicants should (i) have a doctoral degree, preferably in Social Work, Social Policies, Sociology, Public Administration, and Health Studies; (ii) have experiences in conducting research studies; (iii) have a good publication record; (iv) have experiences in writing research grant proposals; (v) be able to deliver courses such as community-based social services, social care ethics, and welfare management, and (vi) have good organizational and interpersonal skills.

Appointment

The conditions of appointments will be competitive. The rank and remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund, gratuity and incoming passage and baggage allowance for the eligible appointees.
