Job Description
Three Research Fellow positions are available in the laboratory at NUS Department of Chemistry
Our group aims to solve important problems in the fields of catalysis, sustainability, energy, and health. The successful candidates will work on the development of novel methods for the synthesis and modification of small organic molecules and/or for the preparation of well-defined polymeric materials.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Conduct independent research under PI’s supervision
- Assist in writing grant proposals
- Train junior researchers
Qualifications
Candidate should hold a Ph.D. degree in organic chemistry, polymer chemistry, or a related area, and has excellent track records in research. Research experience in materials chemistry (such as MOF and COF), electrochemistry and heterogeneous catalysis will be an added advantage.
