Job Description

The potential candidate will be helping to evaluate (proof of concepts, pilot trial) and implement (project management) assigned educational technology to enhance teaching & learning experiencing. In addition, the candidate will be involved in the development of related instructional materials (e.g. user guides, videos and frequently asked questions) and providing training as well as technical support.

Job Requirements

Academic/Work Experience

• Diploma Holder with at least 3 years of experience/Degree Holder with 2 years of experience in Multimedia/IT/Educational Technology or related disciplines, preferably in institutions of higher learning  
• Experience in servicing technical helpdesk in an advantage
• Experience in conducting technical training  is an advantage
• Operational knowledge of:
  • Multimedia and Web Design authoring tools 
  • Windows, Android/iOS operating systems and Office Productivity suite
  • Learning Management System is an advantage
