The Department of Psychology (http://www.LN.edu.hk/psy/) builds on the strengths of faculty in the field of positive occupational health psychology, human-computer interactions, and cross-cultural psychology. In line with the liberal arts tradition of the University, the Department is also strongly committed to providing high quality teaching and a supportive learning environment to students.

The Business Psychology (BPSY) programme of the Department of Psychology is looking for a qualified instructor to teach undergraduate courses. The appointee is expected to teach a broad range of subjects for the programme, including Introduction to Psychology, Introduction to Business Psychology and Organizational Behavior, Research Methods for Psychology, Social Psychology, Guided Research, etc. He or she will have to provide support to the operation of the Programme, including programme promotion and student recruitment.

General Requirements

Applicants should have a PhD Degree in relevant fields in Psychology, relevant experience in teaching the abovementioned undergraduate courses are highly preferred.

Appointment

The conditions of appointment will be competitive. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund, gratuity and incoming passage and baggage allowance for the eligible appointee. Appointment will normally be made on contract basis for up to two years.
