Highly motivated and creative postdoctoral candidates are sought to work at the Yang Zhang Lab, Cancer Science Institute of Singapore, Department of Computer Science, at National University of Singapore.
Candidates, who are interested in artificial intelligence (AI) and deep machine learning, protein and RNA folding and structure prediction, protein and peptide design and engineering, and/or protein-ligand docking and drug screening, are encouraged to apply. We are particularly interested in the development of new AI-based approaches to cancer therapeutics, including antibody design and discovery, T cell receptor T cell therapy (TCR-T), and peptide-drug conjugate (PDC) cancer therapy. Focus of our laboratory is more on new and creative algorithm/platform developments rather than application of existing programs. Therefore, skill in computational coding and creativity in scientific method design, together with interest in computational cancer medicine, are critical to the position. Previous experience in machine learning will be a plus. More details on our projects can be found at https://zhanggroup.org.
To apply, please send your CV, a brief description of your research interest and plan, and contact information of three professional referees to Prof Yang Zhang (Email: firstname.lastname@example.org).
