About the Role

The role is based in the Finance Business Partnering Team / Financial Reporting Team where the role holder will provide comprehensive day to day support to the Finance Business Partnering team in the financial management of the relevant area. This includes responsibility for the preparation of management accounts and associated financial reports.

This is a unique opportunity for the successful candidate to gain experience and insight across the finance service and as a result make impact by identifying process improvements and synergies to make the financial management service more efficient and accurate.

What we will need from you

You must have the:

• ability to apply analytical skills and provide financial insight beyond the traditional functions of finance and to bring them to bear on a broad range of organisational issues.
• Excellent financial project management and time management skills as well as creative thinking are essential for this role.
• Part Qualified Accountant (with evidence of actively studying and near completion) is essential to the role.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
• Experience of managing and delivering financial project objectives.
• Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
• A keen team player with strong technical skills within management accountants and analysis.
• Results orientated and focused to deliver on time with accuracy.

Additional Information

This role is full time, permanent.

Salary: £34,308 – £40,931 (Grade 5)
