Head of International Recruitment

The University's International team is seeking a Head of International Recruitment. Reporting to the Director of International, this role will be fundamental for the University of Worcester to achieve its international recruitment ambitions over the next few years. The successful candidate will need to be able to manage high current demand so that we recruit the best students possible for a wide range of programmes, whilst mitigating the risk of non-compliance to University and UKVI regulations. 

The post holder will be a people person in the broadest sense; someone who understands international students' motivations to study in the UK but also knows how to motivate and build a strong recruitment team that are able to succeed and flourish. 

The University of Worcester has significantly grown its international student numbers in the past few years and it has done this building on its areas of expertise and ensuing that the student experience is always the primary concern. The international team are a group of like-minded enthusiastic individuals who work very well together to provide the best possible experience for applicants from enquiry through to graduation. From 1 August 2023, the salary range for this role will increase to £42,978 - £54,395, with the opportunity to progress to £59,422.
