Student Records

The candidate will work with Student Record Manager and team to support the study life-cycle of students enrolled in SUSS; to administer and keep records of  students' academic progression including course offer, deferment, withdrawals and transfer; and to confirm graduation records.

Job Description

• To process deferment, withdrawal from course/programme, transfer of program, restart of programme, candidature extension, certification letters
• To verify student status upon 3rd party requests
• To maintain continuing students’ files 
• To track students’ performance using CGPA and issue warning/termination letters
• To track scholars/sponsorship students using CGPA and issue warning/termination letters
• To invite eligible students for honours programme
• To create instalment payment plans, and process course choice registration
• To prepare invoices for students
• To follow up on course offer appeals
• To generate tax invoices for corporate sponsorship students
• To follow up on inactive students and outstanding payments
• To process graduation
• To generate conferment letters and prepare transcripts/certificates
• To co-ordinate student-related activities in the team
• To assist in data verification and system testing

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Analytical, resourceful and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, able to work independently and take initiative
• Meticulous with an eye for details
• Good team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
