About the opportunity
The Sydney Pharmacy School has a great opportunity for an Executive Assistant and Project Officer to join the team to manage the diary of the Head of School and Dean, as well as supporting on critical projects and events for the school. Based on site at Camperdown Campus, the Executive Assistant and Project Officer will need to keep the Head of School and Dean ahead of their schedule, anticipating their engagements and managing front line interactions in the Head of School and School Manager's office.
About you

- has demonstrated experience with diary management and front line interaction with visitors
- excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in handling a wide range of enquiries and providing excellent customer service
- demonstrates a proactive and positive approach to problem solving and process improvement
- possesses excellent skills in the Microsoft suite of products
- has experience servicing committees, including minute taking
- demonstrates experience with project or event coordination.
