Assistant Manager / Senior Executive

The Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive reports to the Professional Officers Division (POD) and works in the Resource Planning Management Team to provide a wide spectrum of office administrative support to the division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, schedule and organize meetings
  • Assist in planning and organizing POD events, including liaising with other divisions for logistic and other support (townhalls, POD Open Day, etc)
  • Provide administrative support in verifying claims and invoices, mail collection and distribution and managing stationery
  • Assist in data compilation
  • Assist to set up tracking systems (e.g. training database, budget monitoring etc)
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Director, POD and supervising officer for the effective support of division operations and activities

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/University Degree with 2-3 years of work experience
  • Proficient in MS Office application, especially in Excel Formulas
  • Experience in managing information system, data collection, data mining and using appropriate tools and techniques for analysis will be an advantage
  • Able to multi-task and manage tight deadlines
  • Organized and meticulous with a keen eye for details
  • Have a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal and rapport-building skills
