About the Role 

The Marketing team at Swinburne University of Technology has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience (CX) Designer to join their team!

This exciting role will report to the Digital Performance Manager and be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of customer experience design activities. This will include the development of key artifacts such as journey maps, service design blueprints and personas, with a focus on establishing an innovative best practice approach. 

The Customer Experience Designer will have the opportunity of working both in a project and operational context and will bring expertise in a broad range of marketing functions and play an advocacy role for the most important stakeholder – the customer – as they assist Swinburne to achieve student acquisition, retention, and engagement objectives.

About You 

To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

  • Demonstrated experience designing, delivering and reporting on a customer experience management program of work for a large and complex organisation, including development of key artifacts
  • Demonstrated experience working with Adobe Experience Cloud (or equivalent) to design and build complex digital experiences
  • Demonstrated experience in the analysis and management of defined audience segments to deliver on customer acquisition, retention and engagement objectives
  • Demonstrated experience in using technology to improve the process and performance of marketing activity

Qualifications

 

  • A degree in marketing or related fields with subsequent relevant experience working in a customer experience design and management position; or 
  • An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
