The position is responsible for providing high level human resources (HR) support to the People Operations team. This position will also be responsible for ensuring data accuracy and integrity and timely escalation of more complex HR matters to the relevant People Operations team. Integral to the role will be the processing and maintenance of people related records in the HR system in a timely manner ensuring the accuracy and quality of data input.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of data input into the HR management system and regularly undertake quality improvement initiatives and integrity checks, including regular reviews, audit and continuous monitoring controls
  • Delivering effective and efficient outcomes and outputs against team and operational work plans
  • Understanding local processes, prepare standard documents, manage records, regularly track progress of work tasks and identify key issues
  • Building productive relationships with a diverse range of existing stakeholders and actively seek to maintain positive relationships
  • Developing and implement practical, accessible solutions based on stakeholder needs
  • Consulting with available sources to gather relevant information and seek the expertise and advice of other people as appropriate
  • Recognising the importance of teamwork and of effective communication amongst team members and build rapport within immediate team in ways that are respectful and inclusive of others

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training within the human resource area
  • Experience or broad knowledge in an administrative field
