Student Records

The successful candidate will work with Student Records Manager and team to co-ordinate department activities/processes and ensuring that they are run smoothly, handle stats and data request to internal and external stakeholders, and handle claim reports.

Job Description

• Prepare quarterly statistics reports for the stakeholders
• Prepare statistics for reporting and external data requests from MOE or other Ministries/Statutory Boards
• Handling statistics and internal data requests from the Management, Schools and various departments across SUSS.
• Co-ordinate the verification and reporting of Tuition Fee Loan and Study Loan amount with Bank/MOE
• Co-ordinate and prepare PSEA/CPF file exchange with CPF/MOE and internal departments
• Co-ordinate and prepare the billing of Tuition Fee Loan and Study Loan with Bank and internal departments

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma holder
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Analytical, resourceful and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, able to work independently and take initiative
• Meticulous with an eye for details
• Good team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
