This post is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced administrator to be part of the Academic Registry team. 

Reporting to the Head of Academic Registry, the post supports the day-to-day operations of the section providing high-level administrative support for Timetabling and Graduation activities.

Responsibilities will include the effective scheduling of the teaching timetable and acting as the designated point of contact for the Medway School of Pharmacy, maintaining, module, staff and student data.  The post-holder will receive full training in the timetabling scheduling software.  

The post-holder will also support the Awards team at key points in the academic year with a wide range of administrative tasks including ticket allocation, seating plans and participating at ceremony event days.

We are seeking an individual with excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills and a high level of IT literacy. An interest in the improvement and development of processes and excellent customer service.

The post-holder will be expected to work flexibly within the Timetabling and Awards teams whilst sustaining a high degree of initiative in their own area of work.
