Greenwich Business School at the University of Greenwich is seeking to recruit 3 full time Faculty Programme Administrators on a fixed term basis.

The successful candidate will provide a high standard of administrative support to key programme administration related activities ensuring an efficient and effective service to students, Lead Tutors, Personal Tutors and Programme Leaders.

This is a key customer care role requiring a caring and empathetic attitude to student queries and concerns. 

This student facing role combines the need for excellent administrative skills, an organised approach, attention to detail, and the ability to develop good relationships with university students and staff.  

Greenwich Business School is one of four faculties at the University of Greenwich and provides a wide range or postgraduate and undergraduate programmes. 

Greenwich Business School is located on the Greenwich Maritime Campus, a UNESCO world heritage site.  We seek to recruit a colleague willing to work with a diverse group of students and academic staff.

The post-holder must be able to work as part of a team to ensure that the wider administrative tasks within the Faculty of Business are achieved.
