Job Description
The Department of Mathematics at United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) invites applications for a research assistant to study Fourier Series with respect to locally constant orthonormal system to work with Dr. Ushangi Goginava. According to the project objectives, the candidate should have knowledge in real analysis combined with methods of applied mathematics in dynamical systems, financial mathematics with their application in abstract harmonic analysis: martingales, ergodic theory, the Hardy spaces. Proficiency in English is required (written and oral). The nominal start date is as soon as possible by 01th June , 2023. The position is located at the UAEU’s main campus in Al Ain.
