Student and Scholarly Services provides student administration and services from recruitment and point of enquiry to graduation in addition to providing wellbeing and scholarly services to students and staff at the University of Melbourne.
About the Role
As the Associate Director, Student Administration Transformation, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing the way services and support are delivered to the University's students and improving the service experience of students and staff. You will work in partnership with key stakeholders and delivery teams to design, plan and deliver business-led end-to-end solutions to improve the student and staff experience of services and support. This will involve leading a program of work comprising multiple projects across different functional areas and involving process, technology and people.
Get ready to lead and drive policy, process, and system changes that will elevate the student and staff experience to new heights. You will also work closely within and across the Student Administration portfolio in Student & Scholarly Services, the Chief Operating Officer Portfolio, the Office of the Provost and with senior stakeholders from across the University to translate strategic priorities into service transformation – guided by the student services experience principles.
About You
Ideally you will be able to demonstrate your prior record of delivery in relation to:
- Experience in service and administration transformation or as a end-to-end Product Manager in a large and complex organization delivering business benefits through end-to-end solutions leveraging process improvement, technological innovation and workforce capability.
- Experience in translating business problems to end-to-end integrated solutions.
- Experience in developing stakeholder-centric improvement roadmaps and requirements.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with diverse stakeholder groups and the ability to influence.
- Innovative approach to problem-solving and delivering value.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities, particular in a complex environment.
