Working across three vibrant schools, the posts is pivotal for the student experience and success within the faculty. The Senior Teaching and Learning Officer role will play a key role within the Teaching, Learning and Programme Support Team.

The main responsibility is to provide high standard of support for programme administration and learning and teaching activities, ensuring an effective and efficient service is maintained across Departmental/School/Faculty activities to ensure that students have an excellent customer experience. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills.  You can quickly build strong and positive working relationships with administrative and academic colleagues.  You have excellent organisational skills and can plan and prioritise a busy schedule of work to achieve objectives.  You will have strong IT skills and enjoy multi-tasking, having several projects on the go at any one time. Comfortable with rapid change, you are happy to be part of a close-knit team with shared objectives. Your track record includes servicing formal meetings, using records systems and databases, together with a commitment to continuous improvement and solving challenges through innovation.  Great problem-solving and decision-making skills are crucial alongside accuracy and an eye for detail.
