School Placements Administrator – REQ002022 

Part-time:  17.5 Hours per week

Working Pattern: Monday 1.30 pm – 4.45pm, Tuesday & Wednesday 8.45 am – 4.45pm

The School Placements Administrator will play a key role in relation to student placements.

The successful appointee will provide a high-quality administrative service to colleagues in the School that are engaged in placement activity, placing students across all School programmes and to nurture and maintain relationships with key health boards, local authority partners and employers.

As a key member of the Placement Team, the post holder will take a proactive role in liaising with Placement Coordinator and Placement Officer to co-ordinate the process of checking information ensuring accurate curricula data is attached to each student on the InPlace student placement system.

The successful candidate will be educated to HNC level or with equivalent experience in a similar role demonstrated through relevant and practical work experience.

This post will be based at Paisley campus however all colleagues may be required to work at any UWS campus or location from time to time to meet needs of the business.
