Job Description:

The Northern Ireland Clinical Research Facility (NICRF), School of Medicine, Dentistry & Biomedical Sciences (MDBS) at Queen’s University Belfast, is currently seeking to appoint an exceptional candidate to the post of Research Assistant.

The successful candidate will assist in the planning and delivery of work within the NICRF and research group of Professor Judy Bradley.

The Research Assistant will become an integral member of the NICRF and will support the general running of the Facility as well as participate in established and new projects. There will also be opportunity to participate in pilot and collaborative studies.

The successful candidate must have, and your application should clearly demonstrate you have:

  • Honours degree or equivalent in subject relevant to research activity
  • At least 1 year’s recent, relevant experience in research or clinical practice.

This is a fixed term contact available until 31 March 2024. Fixed term contract posts are available for the stated period in the first instance but in particular circumstances may be renewed or made permanent subject to availability of funding.
