Job Description:
Applications are invited for the Post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for the DST Indo-Russian joint Funded Project in School of Electrical Engineering (SELECT), (DST/INT/RUS/RSF/P-57/2021 with TPN 64612), Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT).
Title of the Project:
“Development of an interdisciplinary approach for the diagnosis and correction of the emotional sphere disorders of children using artificial intelligence methods: a cross-cultural study”.
Qualification:
M.E./M.Tech or equivalent in Electrical /Electronics/ Biomedical/ Computer Science/ IT/ Applied Electronics/ Control Engineering/ Medical Electronics with GATE / NET qualification (OR) B.Tech / B.E (Electronics Communication Engineering (ECE) / Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE)/Electronics and Instrumentation with GATE / NET qualification (OR) Post Graduate in Basic Science. (Physics/Applied Physics). (*Candidates NOT qualified in GATE/NET, having the desirable skills mentioned below may also apply and stipend will be according to Institute’s policies).
Desirable (if any):
Candidates having Experience with Data Collection, Field study, knowledge in Machine Learning and Deep Net algorithms, Speech signal Processing and experience in technical writing will be preferred.
Stipend:
- Rs. 31,000/- per month + 9 % HRA for the 1st & 2nd Years and
- Rs. 35,000/- per month + 9 % HRA for the 3rd Year
