We are seeking to appoint a candidate with an established, internationally excellent research profile as Professor of Real Estate to provide research leadership in our Real Estate and Property Management discipline within the School of Built Environment, Engineering and Computing at Leeds Beckett University. The School brings together a range of related sectors from built and natural environment in a dynamic and vibrant setting, with a rapidly growing student cohort.

We are looking for a high calibre Professor of Real Estate to take on this exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery and development of research portfolio in this discipline. The successful candidate will have strong people skills and be enthusiastic about providing an excellent academic experience and engaging in the development of high-profile research and enterprise relationships within the team.

We welcome applicants with a PhD in any aspect Real Estate for the post. The applicant must be able to demonstrate aptitude for professional practice, teaching, and research capability. The appointed person will be required to make a significant contribution to the research profile of the School through their personal research (peer review publications, research networking, research grant income and impact), as well as through research leadership and mentoring.
