We are currently seeking a Catering Business Support Manager to join our Catering Leadership Team. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic member to join our team working on developing our Health and Safety, Training and Marketing plans. We welcome applications from someone with in-depth knowledge of hospitality and catering, who is confident they have the skills we need to drive forward improvements across our Catering outlets.

Reporting to the Head of Catering, you will assist with the food safety assurance activities across the business and will have primary responsibility for the ongoing management of our Food Safety Management System. Our units are underpinned by a large team of casual staff, and you will be expected to be build this team to ensure that we have a stable operation level at all times. We welcome applications from those who have a keen interest in the personal development of both themselves and their colleagues.

You will be expected to work proactively with your fellow managers, to establish the requirements of each unit to ensure that you and your team are supporting them in anyway they need. This will include training, compliance and marketing requirements.
