The Role
- Fixed Term (up to 2 years), Full Time
- Level 6 - $82,846 to $89,610 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
- Bathurst, Dubbo, Orange, Wagga Wagga (other locations may be considered)
As the ICT Security Officer, you will make a significant contribution to the University's IT security program by providing technical support and operating security controls to ensure technical and information security across the various platforms at the University.
You will also support the implementation of information security and risk management standards, policies and practices in alignment with legislation, audit and business requirements.
To be successful you will have:
- A degree or a recognised industry cyber security certification, or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through any other combination of education, training and/or experience.
- Demonstrated ability and experience to undertake and lead technical administration of IT security controls.
- A demonstrated service focus with relevant analytical and problems solving skills.
