Job Summary: Development and evaluation of a fully dynamic performance feedback-driven ultrasound simulator amalgamating cutting-edge ultrasound, artificial intelligence, sensor, and virtual reality technologies.
Main Research Field: 3D ultrasound image generation and processing (positional mapping, AI-driven annotation) as well as creation of a dynamic virtual simulator and link up with feedback loops to facilitate medical teaching and repetitive trainings. Furthermore the simulator should be made ready for implementation into a virtual reality format.
