Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the Department of Pathology, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 519650) to commence as soon as possible for one to two years, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.

Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree in Biomedical Sciences, or related disciplines, with experience in working with genomic sequencing data analysis and animal study preferred. Preference will be given to those with research experience in cancer bioinformatics, cancer biology and cellular/molecular biology. They should be self-motivated, organized, able to work independently and in a team, and multi-task with good attention to details. They should have good interpersonal skills. Publications in the field would be an advantage.

The appointee will join a team to study cancers of female genital tract, perform experiments and data analysis, coordinate research with collaborators, write reports and scientific publications, as well as supervise postgraduate students. He/She will conduct research under the guidance of Professor Annie N.Y. Cheung.
