Duty Manager
Surrey Sports Park are recruiting for an ambitious and talented Duty Manager to join the operations team and deliver excellent guest care, whilst ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the Sports Park facilities.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience supervising a team, experience within a wet and dry sports facility, hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification and First Aid Certificate or, be driven to complete all relevant training that we provide. You will lead by example to deliver high standards in cleaning, maintenance, preparation of areas & equipment for sessions, responding to emergency situations and contributing to the health and safety planning for activities. The role will include working early mornings, late evenings and weekends. The successful candidate will be adaptable, flexible and will have the ability to deal with customer's queries and concerns with tact and diplomacy and forge strong relationships with colleagues.
